[Seoul=NEWSIS] By Reporter Bae Yohan = PICOGRAM, a specialized company in lifestyle and home appliances, announced on the 15th that it has completed the development of B2B (Business-to-Business) cosmetics for the global market under the cosmeceutical brand CELLINstem.

CELLINstem is a cosmetics brand aiming to efficiently deliver necessary nutrients and ingredients to skin cells through cutting edge life science technology, with the goal of maintaining skin elasticity, youthfulness, and maximizing regenerative effects.

The newly developed B2B product lineup includes biologically derived ingredients such as stem cell culture fluid, exosomes, peptides, processed through liposome technology. The products encompass functional ampoules for skin whitening and wrinkle improvement, hair care, as well as beauty devices such as MTS and air boosters. With the recent increase in global demand for K-beauty, these products are scheduled to be introduced in markets including the United States, Japan, China, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

A representative from PICOGRAM stated, "Since signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with EYESEL and China's OCell Biotech in June of last year, we have been planning to enter new businesses, including the development of cell-based cosmetics." He expressed expectations that the release of CELLINstem B2B cosmetics would lay the foundation for leading the way in new business ventures.

Furthermore, the representative added, "The development of B2C cosmetics is currently in the final stages, and the CELLINstem ExoPlan series is scheduled to be released in the first half of this year. We will approach domestic customers through our own brand mall and major online platforms."

Meanwhile, PICOGRAM established the Bio Beauty and Healthcare (BB&H) business unit last year to expand into new businesses, such as bio, beauty and healthcare. Following the successful launch of the CELLINstem brand, the company plans to actively expand into new business areas, utilizing advanced bio-technology for health functional foods and other ventures.
